作为新时代青年群体的重要力量，大学生的基层服务能力直接关系到乡村振兴人才支撑的厚度与实效。本文以乡村振兴战略为背景，梳理并明确乡村振兴战略对大学生基层服务能力的内在要求，在此基础上深度分析大学生基层服务能力的现实困境。结合部分高校、地区优秀模式经验，系统性探究乡村振兴战略下大学生基层服务能力的提升路径与模式，确保大学生基层服务能力提升和乡村振兴阶段性需求动态适配，成为推动乡村全面振兴的“硬核力量”。

As a vital force among the youth in the new era， college students' grassroots service capabilities directly determine the depth and effectiveness of talent support for rural revitalization.This paper takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background， outlines and clarifies the inherent requirements of this strategy for college students' grassroots service capabilities， followed by an in-depth analysis of the practical challenges faced by these capabilities.By integrating the successful models and experiences of some universities and regions， systematically explores the pathways and patterns for enhancing college students' grassroots service capabilities under the rural revitalization strategy，ensures the dynamic alignment between the improvement of students' grassroots service capabilities and the phased needs of rural revitalization， aiming to become a "core force" in driving comprehensive rural revitalization.
