人工智能作为引领未来的战略性技术，不仅是全球产业变革的核心驱动力,更是培育新质生产力、推动中国式现代化建设的关键引擎。本文以大连市人工智能产业为研究对象，系统梳理其产业结构、重点产品体系与特色发展路径,并运用SWOT分析框架,从内部优势与短板、外部机遇与挑战四个维度展开深入评估。在此基础上，进一步明确大连市人工智能产业的重点布局与新质生产力培育路径,提出具有系统性、可操作性的对策建议，以推动区域产业迈向更高质量、更可持续的新发展阶段。

As a strategic technology leading the future, artificial intelligence is not only a core driver of global industrial transformation but also a key engine for cultivating new quality productive forces and advancing the modernization of Chinese-style development. This paper takes the artificial intelligence industry in Dalian City, as its research object,systematically examines the industry's structure, key product systems, and distinctive development pathways, employs the SWOT analysis framework to conduct an in-depth assessment across four dimensions: internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and challenges. Building on this analysis, further clarifies the key focus areas for Dalian's artificial intelligence industry and the pathways for cultivating new quality productive forces,proposes systematic and actionable policy recommendations to propel the industry toward a new stage of development characterized by higher quality and greater sustainability.
