数字经济快速发展背景下，数字劳动作为新型劳动形态，已成为推进中国式现代化的重要力量。本文立足中国式现代化的本质要求与实践内涵，从战略指向、本质要求、价值导向三个层面，阐释数字劳动高质量发展的内在逻辑，揭示其在增进民生福祉、实现共同富裕、促进人的全面发展等方面的重要作用。为此，从优化就业发展布局、健全权益保障体系、深化业态创新与数实深度融合三个方向提出实践路径，推动数字劳动更加规范、稳定、普惠、高效发展，为高质量发展、共同富裕与中国式现代化建设提供有力支撑。

With the rapid development of the digital economy， digital labor， as a new labor form， has become an important force advancing Chinese-style modernization. Based on the essential requirements and practical connotations of Chinese-style modernization， this paper elaborates the internal logic of high-quality digital labor development from strategic orientation， essential demands and value guidance， and explores its vital role in improving people’s wellbeing， realizing common prosperity and boosting all-round human development.China has made notable progress in expanding employment channels， improving rights protection and advancing industrial integration in digital labor， while deficiencies still exist. Finally，puts forward practical paths covering employment layout optimization， rights protection system improvement， as well as business innovation and in-depth integration of digital and real economy. It strives to realize standardized， stable， inclusive and efficient development of digital labor， and bolster high-quality growth， common prosperity and the advancement of Chinese-style modernization.
